My major field of research is in the psychology of religion and spirituality in general and in relationship to work and the work place. I have 13 years of field experience in three major fields:

(1) Selection systems: developement, use, validity research on all levels of work from simple line workers to high level managers

(2) Appraisal systems: development, use especially for high level management positions

(3) Evaluation research: evaluation of numerous training instruments such as simulators, courses, and films

My dissertation was in the field of the psychology of religion a field in which I have a particular interest and am continuing to deal with. I am a certified expert and mentor in the field of selection and applied research, and am a member of the Israeli Psychological Association.
